wood, 90%from sustainable sources. A white wooden interior throughout makes it light and airy and easy to maintain. Its crisp clean ambience will last and last. There is a polished wooden floor throughout, with tile effect non slip vinyl flooring in the bathroom and en suite. Thus this lodges durability, limited need for redecoration /maintenance and modest fuel bills will be a distinct attraction over the decades your family own the lodge.
The kitchen is L-shaped, with a full complement of cupboards (and drawers) It has fully integrated modern appliances, including washing machine, dish washer, tall fridge freezer. The dining room looks out over the peaceful Cornish countryside.
The Master bedroom with double bed is
very spacious indeed, with an en suite shower room and separate mirrored wardrobes leaving plenty of space within the room. The twin room incorporates a pair of 6ft 4in by 3ft beds with a chest of drawers between them, although there is ample space for a bunk bed. Fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors maintain the space in the room itself.
